Oggi vi proponiamo come tema: “Smart City , prendendo spunto dall’assemblea dei gruppi merceologici dell’Unione degli Industriali della Provincia di Varese tenutasi presso l’Università Cattaneo (LIUC) di Castellanza. Lo scopo della riunione è stato quello di mettere in luce i punti fondamentali, che verranno discussi durante l’incontro del 27 maggio presso il Centro Congressi MalpensaFiere di Busto Arsizio.

L’Unione comprende cinque settori: “Cartarie, Editoriali e Poligrafiche”, “Chimiche, Farmaceutiche e Conciarie”, “Gomma e Materie Plastiche", “Materiali da costruzione, Estrattive e Cave”, “Servizi Infrastrutturali e Trasporti”.

Il focus dell’Assemblea è stato condotto dal giornalista scientifico di radio 24, esperto di “Città Intelligenti”, Maurizio Melis: “La Smart City non è solo la città ideale, sarebbe riduttivo. Una città è Smart se è governabile in tempo reale, la circolazione delle informazioni è il punto fondamentale. Sul fronte traffico, della logistica, del consumo di energia. Per questo si parla di Smart Economy, Smart Environment, Smart People, Smart Living e Smart Governance”.

Secondo Melis occorre prestare attenzione ai bandi europei o del Miur dedicati ai progetti aziendali per l’ideazione di nuovi servizi o prodotti per le città intelligenti.

Un esempio di come le Smart City possono essere un’opportunità per le imprese del territorio è la strategia di Bticino. Illustrata dal Direttore allo Sviluppo dei Sistemi Elettrici per il Gruppo Legrand, Ernesto Santini:

“quando parliamo di Smart City guardiamo ai nuovi stili di vita che ci attendono da qui ai prossimi anni. La sfida è essere al fianco delle persone nel cambiare l’utilizzo delle tecnologie già ad oggi esistenti.Non dobbiamo inventarci niente. Semmai le aziende devono pensare nelle case delle persone soluzioni che possono migliorare la vita quotidiana. Le imprese devono collaborare e abbandonare l’idea di investire in progetti solitari come nel passato.”

Secondo il professor Luca Mari (università LIUC) occorre un’azione sistemica da parte degli attori economici e pubblici. Quindi parlare di Smart Community, che sollecitino e sensibilizzino le amministrazioni pubbliche nella soluzione di problemi comuni tra gruppi di imprese.

Introduction

The multimedia touch screen allows you to manage all the advanced functions of your My Home system through an intuitive and snappy graphical interface.

Beyond this primary functions you can also answer to entry phonic calls or view high quality images coming from external cameras.

Thanks also to its USB and SD card slots the Touch screen enables you to listen to your music or watch photos and films.

Furthermore if your house is connected to the network by LAN or ADSL you will be able to receive RSS services, such as news or weather forecasts; to view webcam images and to listen to web radios.

The home page

The page is divided into four main parts:

On the bottom there is the status bar which displays the date/time, temperature, access to setting menu.
The web bar provides the access to contents from broadband-connected LAN network.
The third zone displays a choice of four preferred commands.
The last zone contains application icons.

Thanks to its USB and SD card ports, you will be able to listen to your favorite music on your sound system, as well as viewing videos or photographs.

È iniziato il tour di 11 tappe di Bticino ( specialista globale delle infrastrutture elettriche e digitali per gli edifici) dal’8 aprile al 3 giugno 2013, che coinvolgerà l’Italia da Nord a Sud. InnovAction nato per presentare ad installatori e clienti l’offerta completa delle soluzioni Bticino per il terziario. Quindi principalmente dedicato ai professionisti, che potranno avere la possibilità di sperimentare dal vivo le offerte proposte: dall’ufficio al centro elaborazione dati, dalle strutture alberghiere a quelle sanitarie.

InnovAction si propone come occasione di approfondimento e formazione a supporto di installatori, progettisti e investitori, in quanto interlocutori fondamentali per l’azienda. Inoltre, sarà opportunità di confronto sui temi della progettazione dell’edificio mediante proposte integrate.

Dans ces mois nous avons sorti, un nouveau produit dans le marché: Passerelle Open BACnet (F450).

Ce produit permettra une intégration avec les systèmes de climatisation, connectés au protocol BACnet, et à l'écran tactile 3,5" (H/LN 4890).

Ci-dessous, le schéma d'installation:

Un example d'une potentielle installation:

A travers l'écran tactile 3,5" (à partir du logiciel version 2.03) il est possible de choisir entre 4 differents types de produits:

Chauffage par le sol
VRV/ VAV
AC unit and Ventilo-convecteur
ATU (Unité de traitement d'air)

Avec ces 4 modèles, et grâce à une interface graphique (GUI) vous pouvez commander des produits BACnet HVAC.

La passerelle Open BACnet permet de configurer jusqu'a 100 unites HVAC qui peuvent être intégrées entre elles.

The F450 est un produit passif, en effet pour la gestion du protocole BACnet deux solutions sont possibiles:

Interface BACnet HVAC avec contrôleur
Si le climatiseur BACnet est passif et qu'il n'intègre pas de contrôleur, vous devez alors installer un contrôleur actif.

The software Speeky, born as an esigence brought to life for a differentiated public, has been developed in Geekhouse's laboratories.

The software exploits the neural network and it is able to learn.

It's most important feature is the implementation of home automation controls, through the use of vocal commands, which are converted in Open Web Net frames by the system an then sent on the bus.

The system requires a training in order to memorize the different voices allowed to control the system.

Currently Speeky grants the following actions:

Voice recognition
Dispatch of the commands on the bus
Remote assistance

On february 2013 it has been released, on the market a new product: Gateway open BACnet (F450)

This device allows the integration among centralized air conditining systems, connected with the BACnet protocol, and the Touch screen 3,5" (H/LN4890).

Following, the installation scheme:

Here an example of a possible real plant:

Through the Touch 3,5 pages (from the software version 2.03) it is possible to choose among 4 different kinds of devices:

Floor Heating
VRV/ VAV
AC unit and Fancoil
ATU (Air Treatment Unit)

These four models, thanks to a graphic interface (GUI) let to manage BACnet HVAC devices.

The Open BACnet Gateway is able to configure up to 100 HVAC units that could be integrated anìmong them.

The F450 is a passive device, in fact for the management of the BACnet protocol you have two options:

BACnet HVAC interface with controller
If the HVAC BACnet is passive and it doesn't include a controller, then you need to install an active controller.

E' stato lanciato sul mercato un nuovo prodotto : il Gateway Open BACnet (F450).

Questo dispositivo permette l’integrazione di sistemi di air conditioning centralizzati, interfacciati con protocollo BACnet, mediante il Touch Screen 3,5” (H/LN 4890).

ciò che segue è lo schema installativo:

Un esempio di possibile installazione:

Dalle pagine del Touch 3,5” (a partire dalla versione 2.03) è possibile scegliere tra 4 differenti tipologie di dispositivi:

Questi 4 modelli, tramite un’interfaccia grafica virtuale (GUI), permettono di gestire i dispositivi BACnet HVAC.

L’ F450 è un dispositivo passivo,infatti per la gestione del protocollo BACnet si hanno due opzioni:

The hardware is a DIN interface which through a dedicated firmware for Touch 10" (H4690) could manage the Mitsubishi air conditioning system by exploiting all the functionalities of the My Home central thermo unit.

Through the Touch 10" pages, where has been installed the customized firmware, it is possible to make the following actions:

Control temperature set point for each zone;
Display of the temperature of each zone;
Choice among different operation modes;
Control of fan speed;
Control of the direction of air flow (where possible).
