F459 not visible on network or myhome suite

    Hello,

    I have a F459, but it doesn’t seems to respond anymore, it is not seen on my network but the light still blink like they should, the reset button works, but can’t see it on my network.

    Is there any way to do a full reset? refalsh firmware via the USB port? what is the procedure?

    And please don’t tell me to contact BT Belgium! they barely know the F459 and MHserver1!

    How can you reset the F459 to fact settings?I did something wrong in the webbrowser.
