    Hi,

I've noticed, that my MH202 device reboots independently even though there was no power failure.

Those reboots happens aprox. every two days and therefore all scenarios wich I set to run "at start up" are triggered (lock actors, reset variables etc.).

Because these scenarios are intended to run after a power failure I have to manual rework the settings (unlock actors etc.).

My questions in this context are:

    – Why does the device restart automatically?

    – Is there a way to prevent the device from rebooting?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

since I've upgraded the firmware from version 1.0.13 to 1.0.21 it seems to work, no reboots for the last 6 days :-).

Rebooting the system frequently is  a good practice to reasssure that every thing will work correctly after  a power failure. Bticino recommends to test the GFI (Salvavita o differenIale) once a month.
