Long story short, we had this touchscreen temporary installed in our rack/control room, 5 feet away from our F441M, already programmed and everything working pretty much flawlessly.

Today we went to install it definitely in the spot it belonged.

After installing it we noticed that the video image we were receiving from our F441M (image from our entrance panels) was completely grainy and with a lot of artifacts, definitely unwatchable. Thinking that it had something to do with the wiring in that room, we moved it back to its temporary spot in the rack room, and the problem persisted

Which is extremely weird because it was working perfectly all this time. Now we can't get rid of the corruption in the image we're receiving. Not only that, but we also have a Tilryde Touch Phone installed, and that device is receiving the image from our F441M just fine, without artifacts. So it can't be the F441M, it has to be something wrong with the MH4893.

I reset the MH4893 to its factory settings (by uploading a brand new project from MyHome Suite) and the problem persists.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi dchramcow

Have you tried a different output on the F441M?

Is the cable to the new location still connected when making your local short cable tests?

Do you have the end of line switch set to ON?
