Colleagues, I’ve encountered the following problem using Legrand Scheduler 03665 (Scenario controller, the analogue of BT MH200N):
1. it can’t be connected to the home net via Wi-Fi
2. It can be connected with the computer via Ethernet cable – Web interface, in this case, functioning OK and diagnostics do not indicate any problems;
3. It is impossible to download or upload scenario programs to/from it. Attempt to download scenarios from the device gives the following errors (give it in revers translation into English): “Data overran version Extra” or “Inner error of writing to socket”. In the case of the latter device freezes up and it is necessary to press the reset button to make it function again.
Have anybody any reasoning why it can happen – is it the hardware problem or something else. Could be interesting to get some ideas from BT technical staff. Thank you all in advance.
