I'm having a strange problem with a video door entry system in one of my current projects. The problem is the following:
When a user calls from the Entrance Panel (343001) the call rings correctly on the extensions connected to the PABX (345829), but if I wait too long to answer (more than ~5 secs) and I pick up the phone, I can't hear anything, If I pick up immediately, I can hear the person on the entrance panel perfectly.
What could be causing this? is it the entrance panel? the PABX?
