    Hello,

is it possible – with MH202 – to easily get the following light status:

    – At least one light in the whole house is on: boolean "light(s) on" = true

    – All lights are off: boolean "light(s) on" = false

I need this information as a "Only-If" condition in other scenarios.

    Thanks

I would use a coutner for it.

Everytime a light is turned on, counter is raised + 1, everythime a light is turned off, counter is lowered -1.

    When counter = 0, boolean = false

when counter >0; boolean = true.

    Hi djtom2002,

    thanks for your reply.

Most of the light switches in my house are directly attached to the actors via A/PL addresses, only a few of them are triggered via scenarios.

I'd like to avoid separate scenarios for every single light.

The only option I can think of, is to request the status of every single light in the "Only-If" condition (If light A is off and light B is off and,…).

Here I have a problem, because the number of possible statements in the "Only-If" is limited, so I can't regard all of my lights….

    Hi hleopoldseder

Maybe you could link the actions of multiple scenarios which have all of your IF ON together and the same for IF OFF, by using boolean. Then a single scene you could do the IF ON by combining Booleans, for example If boolean 1 & 2 are ture then boolean 3 (all lights are ON) = true.
