    Dear all concern,

I have installed 20 pieces of LN4593 with Phillips 15w dimmable LED drives by electronic transformer many of them are working fine but some are not.The problem is that after turn it on for a while Lights turn off by it self .After lights turn off sometime we are able to activated by  dip the middle small micro switch on dimmer up or down then press the ON key but some time we have to reset the power to let them working again. The problem circuits are 7 to 9 dimmable lights connected.

Another problem quite similar but only 15 of 4.5 w dimmable LED drives by built in transformer.

    Please advice.

Hi Yusuf, first of all I've to remind you that the 4593 dimmer doesn't have the possibility to regulate LED (sse the technical sheet) . Anothe r problem should be on the minimun load because using it, it is fixed at 60W.

Maybe the right choice is to use 4592 instead 4593.

    Best regards

Then, What do you say about the other 12 working fine circuits which is lower the number of light only 2-4 lights and it is dimmable.

FYI: Bticino Thailand had test all light before confirmed to customer

Could you please explain by technical detail why it is cut off the power, ( our customer curious to know ) .What we have to aware by using electronic transformer if in the technical data does not say about the type of lamp connected with.

Can you confirmed that LED with electronic transformer is not compatible with this dimmer.

    Best regards,

If you check in the table on the technical guide the LED doesn't appear. It menas that tey are not compatible.

If you are in contact with Bticino Thailand, please contact them (also because they made the test)

    Regards
