    Good morning guys,

    I'm having a strange problem with a video door entry system in one of my current projects. The problem is the following:

    When a user calls from the Entrance Panel (343001) the call rings correctly on the extensions connected to the PABX (345829), but if I wait too long to answer (more than ~5 secs) and I pick up the phone, I can't hear anything, If I pick up immediately, I can hear the person on the entrance panel perfectly.

    What could be causing this? is it the entrance panel? the PABX?

    It could be another internal unit, if it exists, automatically taking the call

    Thanks for replying Leonardo.

    You are absolutely right, it was an internal unit (345020) auto answering the calls made from the entrance panel, that's why the other extensions weren't able to correctly answer a call if I waited more than ~5 secs.

    Is there a way to disable the auto answer feature on these units?

    Try with disable general call in the program of the 345020
